Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, should be in their original packaging and include unboxing video.
  • Customized or damaged products caused by customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, or wrong items delivered.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
